Job Description:
The position is primarily responsible for administration and scoring of various tests to measure candidate’s aptitude, temperament, or proficiency in specific areas. The position is also responsible for report preparation, scheduling of online examination, and maintenance of applicant database.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S./A.B Psychology or any Behavioral Science course At least one (1) year work experience as HR Staff or any related field is an advantage Excellent in both oral and written communication. Effective time management skills and strong analytical analysis skills. Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Makati Can start immediately.
