Job Description:• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals).• Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Qualifications:• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have a background in recruitment (e.g., internships or relevant coursework).• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
