**Primary Responsibilities**:- Assist clients in finding their ways in the office.- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.- Preparing and maintaining meeting and conference rooms.- Sorting and distributing office memos.- Scheduling of appointments, and transactions.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Business, Management or its equivalent.- At least one (1) year of experience as an office receptionist/ assistant.- Team player, with pleasing and positive personality.- Basic skills in MS Office Applications- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Can handle pressure, tight deadlines, and complex schedules.- Able to multitask and work under pressure.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
