Position: Real Estate Admin Staff (Licensed Broker) – Taguig

Salary: Negotiable

Benefits:
• 13th month pay

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, management, accounting or any related course
? Preferably female
? Knowledge and experience in Real Estate documentation field
? Licensed broker is a BIG advantage but not required
? Computer competent (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator)

Responsibilities:
• Provide support to marketing and sales team of the company
• Prepare sales quotations and contracts based on the rate discussed
• Conduct property research for the development of new project
