Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadline- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans- Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports- Direct activities concerned with the construction structures, facilities, and systems- Take actions to discuss and resolve causes of delays, bad weather, or emergencies, work procedures, complaints, and construction problems- Oversee the completion of the project based on approved time, budget and quality- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time.- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna**Job Type**: Fixed termSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
