Quantity Surveyor (Ft)

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projections.- Conduct quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project in coordination with the Cost Engineer and Quantity Surveyors for MEPF works.- Advise, coordinate with and assist the Project/ Construction Management (PM/CM) in establishing and maintaining bid documentation and tendering procedures through preparation of bid packages and standard bid documents.- Represent bid conferences and project meetings, analyses tender submissions, prepares bid evaluation reports and recommend tender awards for bid negotiations.- Establish financial analysis and projections, cost monitoring as per construction agreements and to maintain such to incorporate in the PM/CM project report at a monthly regular reporting to the Owner.- Prepare and evaluate monthly progress billing statements submitted by the contractors/suppliers at regular intervals for the duration of the project; evaluate and transact variation/change order claims, maintains updated list of all bonds and insurances reflecting validity and expiration dates of contracts; assist the PM/CM in the evaluation of time extension claims by the contractor/supplier; and to prepare report on contractors/suppliers final account closeout.- Prepare, calculate and control budget for man-hours, equipment and materials.
