Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.- Compute Project Quantity- Ensure and check of Quality of works- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.- Can deal with DPWH suggestions about project/concerns- Manage documents of DPWH- Billing of DPWH- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.- They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within the projective budget.**Requirements**:Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineeringwith atleast 5 years exp.as Engr.with atleast 1-2 years exp.in the same fieldWilling to Visit SiteSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Navotas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
