JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures timely submission of competitive quantity surveys.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares detailed Bill of Quantities consistent with Bid Documents, and established strategy and
parameters.
2. Ensures complete documentation and backup of Estimates, Bid Tenders and reference
documents for ease of tracking and filing.
3. Reconciles work with stakeholders to ensure scope and materials relative to proposals and
contracts and addresses variances and disputes, if any.
4. Assists in the research of existing and new materials to determine practical applications and
cost-benefits information, to enable the preparation of material recommendations for current
and future projects.
5. Performs other related quantification tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
BS Civil Engineering Graduate
Licensed Engineer
5-year work experience as QS in construction consultancy
Strong background in Unit Price Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Cash Flow and Estimation, Manpower and Equipment loading, contract managements and contracts.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office-based Software's (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
