Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:
Has a Degree in Mechanical, Construction Management Engineering or any Quantity Surveying Field.
Must have 5+ years of experience
Have an experience in commercial, hotels, new build/high rise towers
Has field/site work experience
Preferred with licence
Willing to be assign in Cebu

Responsibilities:Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection plan and specifications as may be required;
Measure plan and prepare bill quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system;
Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims;
Conduct site visit and reconciliation of evaluated proposal if necessary.
Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison;
Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids;
Reading mechanical, plumbing and fire protection plans and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates;
Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers;
Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned.
