Quality Control Officer

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:1. Zero occurrence of customer complaints on a monthly basis2. Able to accomplish urgent inspection requirement3. Able to perform Line Clearance before the start of production and every start of changeover4. Able to inspect production-related materials with tagging per pallet5. Able to inspect finished goods on a timely and reliable manner6. Supports IE, Production and PPIC on protocol of no signed mock-ups, no work instruction, no orientation, no run7. Consistent monitoring of QA data in the KPI Monitoring8. Able to report highlight-worthy material issues9. Able to do enhancement projects and other tasks as assigned by immediate superior10. Inspection of Semi-Finished Goods (SFG's) and Packaging Materials**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Observes the quality of materials to be used for TMPO Production- Reports to QA supervisor all the quality related incidences encountered online and offline- Ensure that all the reports submitted to the QA Supervisor are carefully validated in terms of quantity and description- To be able to communicate with the Line Leaders and custodians regarding the basic quality standard protocol to be observed**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- General Trias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
