Quality Assurance Analyst Team Lead

Job Description:
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the QA Team which includes setting testing procedures and standards, evaluating test plans, and monitoring testing activities. Perform baseline, system, integration, regression, pre-UAT, UAT, and other types of testing. Prepares test plan and test cases as per requirements of the project. Perform the test as per the test plan, raise issues to respective application team and perform re-test of the fixes/resolution and update the issue log for future references. Lead preparation and implementation of software testing strategies and plans Liaise with System Development and Technical Support teams to resolve technical issues during testing phase Work closely with the entire software development team to ensure full knowledge of the proposed software design and that testing covers all aspects of intended functionality Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a 4 year degree course, IT or any related field At least 4 years experience in Quality Assurance testing Must have a background as a developer
