Qa Operations Manager

Job Description:
Manage all BAU activities in QA (reviewer, improvement) Manage project/initiatives’ impact to QA : Analyze new processes, identify process risks, define quality thresholds, design and implement mitigating controls, quality checks and sampling methodology Monitor quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results Working with other Operations team (Floor, Process, Trainers, Analyst) at all stages to promote services excellent, and also continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in process quality control and measurement for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills Proven experience leading a team A Problem solver Process Oriented, Analytical, Structured Thinking, and Innovator Fluent in English Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
