Qa Engineer

Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 6?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities:
In-charge of ensuring that the company in maintaining good quality construction techniques and methods. Makes sure that all housing units are fit for turnover.
In-charge of reviewing all items related to engineering and construction. Will provide feedback on the improvement of systems.
Will instruct and coordinate with the team regarding the improvement of systems and methodologies on-site.
Must be able to handle managing the engineers on-site.
Will handle orientations and trainings of engineers to educate them of construction policies, etc.
Will make sure that the engineering team regularly reports correctly and checks the housing units under construction everyday.
Must have work experience related to Quality Assurance/Control and must be supervisor level.
Having experience in Low-Cost Housing is a major advantage.
