Job Description
Firm understanding of HACCP and ability to successfully implement a program based approach to ensure product safety.
Manages issues with nonconforming product to assure proper control and minimize losses; and provides analysis that eliminates future occurrences.
Conducts spot checking of raw and packaging materials’ acceptability
Demonstrates a broad knowledge of documents and systems that govern the manufacture of food products that meet the key consumer requirements.
Ensure the freshness of the products considering the timeline in Logistics
Knowledgeable in Sensory principles and Shelf life of food products to meet consumers’ needs.

Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a QA in Logistics Company is required for this position.
Has a strong background in GMP and HACCP is an advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
