Python Developer

Job Description:
Role and Responsibility Performing critical & non-critical support activities to ensure production stability Provide a quick and professional analysis/trouble shooting tor production related escalation. Work with partner teams (Application support, Infra, DBA, Service desk, Monitoring) to provide support for tickets pertaining to all production outstanding issues. Work on adhoc requests and other reporting as and when required Provide excellent and quality on call support when needed. Adher to process laid down for production operation. Design and development of short/long term development tasks/CRs for production environments. Design and development of tasks to enhance performance



Minimum Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills: Work experience as a Python Developer Expertise in popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid) Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5) Expertise in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, XML, WebServices. Knowledge of Shell Scripting. Expertise in maintenance of production support systems. Ability for performance root cause analysis and application level tuning.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of distributed, multi-threaded Telecommunication applications (CRM, OMS). Understanding of telecommunications wireless networks (4G/LTE specifically) and network interfaces/standards (e.g. Sy) Experienced in working with cross site teams Experienced in change management and leading transformation Experienced in Technical design, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Continuous Integration enablement Experienced in Test driven methodologies



Soft Skills: Excellent Troubleshooting skills. Good Business Communication Skills (in English) and Team player. Flexibility to work across 24/7 Shift Roster. Process oriented. Ability to work in a SLA driven environment. Ability to work with a remote team in close coordination. Excellent time management skills and able to perform parallel execution of tasks.
