Purchasing Clerk

(List of duties and responsibilities)1. Checks all purchase orders.2. Monitors medical purchases made per supplier.3. Prepares historical data, recommendations. Justification and value comparative analyses for all major medical and non-medical contract proposals for presentation and/ or recommendation to committee for approval.4. Monitors free goods, cash rebates, accessories and any other support freebies as part of the contract negotiation.5. Assist Purchasing Supervisor in the medical and non-medical chargeable items for price adjustment review.6. Assist in preparing of data and recommendations for any major equipment procurement, repair and PMS.7. May be assigned to attend external seminars and training with the end view of developing strategies that involves goal setting, cost saving and control measures to ensure that the department objectives are met.8. Performs other duties as instructed by the management.**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
