JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accountancy, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or something equivalent
At least 2-year experience in Merchandise Department, preferably from a footwear or fashion retail company
Willing to work in 23 Guerilla Street Brgy. Sto Niño, Marikina City

Should be able to use the computer extremely well
Should be able to handle a lot of data that is available, and all of this has to be done at good pace

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, evaluates, recommends and implements plans, strategies, policies, systems and procedures related to assigned category for the attainment of goals: (right merchandise, right quantity, timely and quality service and profit)
Prepares and executes buying plan.
Manages plans for stock levels and reacts to changes in demand and logistics.
Plans and recommends pricing strategy to Merchandising Manager in coordination with Store Operations.
Conducts Store Visitation, Market Survey, Branch Visit, Stockroom/Warehouse visit to ensure the competitiveness and consistency of merchandise.
Coordinates with the Operations group with regards to inventory, display, promotion, price changes, personnel’s concerns and other information about customer needs and preferences.
Makes follow up of stocks as requisitioned from Warehouse, orders from Suppliers and other merchandise movement.
Coordinates with supplier/Product Development for continuous merchandise enhancement and improvement.
Analyzes consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
Prepares needed report, translates quantitative information into meaningful data
