Purchasing Assistant

**JOB QUALIFICATION**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field- Proven experience as a purchasing or similar role- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)- Ability to follow specifications- Excellent networking and negotiation skills- Excellent communication skills**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Conducting product research and sourcing new supplier and vendors- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocks as necessary- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location promptly**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 12 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 2 years (required)
