Purchasing Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:- Performs the 5S principle before and after work- Sourcing of suppliers- Issue and obtain approval of supplier selection sheet- Acquire quotation and obtain product evaluation approval- Conducts monthly evaluation for vital suppliers and quarterly evaluation for non-vital selected suppliers- Updates approved suppliers list Receives purchase requisition- Prepares purchase order and monthly purchase summary- Maintain and control records of purchase orders- Receives and verifies delivered items- Updates the delivery status**Job Qualifications**:- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related- With relevant experience- Can work with minimum supervision- Can work under pressure**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
