Purchasing Assistant

Responsible in monitoring and controlling all activities related to warehousing, inventory control, receiving and issuance of materials as well as the movement of stocks in all site projects.
Monitors stocks limits, incidence of defects and wastage's and check materials physical count.
Coordinates schedules of deliveries to the other departments and pullouts to and from different site projects.
Ensures availability of stocks and materials in the warehouse for distribution requested by purchasing department.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/ College, Business Management/Administration or equivalent
At least two (1) year working experience is required for the position. Experience in a construction firm is an advantage
Knowledgeable on equipment parts
Familiar or knowledgeable in ISO Standard is an advantage
Resilient, innovative , mature, able to multi-task and can handle pressure as well
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
