Purchasing And Logistics Support

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: .? Tracking and checking of orders and deliveries. ? Checking and updating delivery dates. ? Updating of Freight Schedule File.
? Expediting transactions, orders and deliveries from suppliers.o Checking of installation dateso Checking and updating Live BOM’s (Bill of Material)o Chasing up warehouse regarding materials coming from inventoryo Sending and updating Zendesk Ticketso Confirming lead time and back order ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrival) with suppliero Updating spreadsheets? Sending request for pickup and delivery of orders. ? Receiving of services related PO from NAV Incoming documents. ? Ordering labels and sending of request.
? Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree; with ideally, a specialization in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or a
Purchasing-related field? Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills? Ability to multitask and be proactive? Knowledge in MS Office? Must have at least 1 year relevant work experience
