We're looking to rapidly grow our team with values-driven, diverse, caring professionals to help us.**About The Role**The purchasing manages end-to-end inventory management. This is a very important role and will play a significant role in the success of our projects. They are responsible for coordinating with technicians and supervisors to order, rent, or purchase all equipment needed for jobs and ensure it arrives on time and on-site.**THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT ROLE IN THE PHILIPPINES, 9 AM to 5 PM US, EST. from Mondays to Fridays****What You'll Do**- Manage end to end materials and rental equipment ordering and preparation to ensure all jobs are seamlessly completed on time- Coordinate with techs, supervisors, and warehouse managers to ensure all materials are on site prior to the job implementation- Organize the delivery and pick up of rental equipment with external vendors on an as-needed basis- Ensure materials purchased are tracked and followed up on regularly**What You'll Need**- Ability to independently problem solve and propose solutions in order to ensure data is clearly input and understood- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in order to improve their own skills- Strong verbal and written communication (English), and technical fluency- Extreme attention to detail and ability to navigate and collect data, and in line with policies and procedures- Comfort working in a startup environment and being part of creating processes and workflows, as well as assisting in any changes as the business scales- **Willing to work during evenings in the Philippines from Mondays to Fridays (9 AM to 5 PM US, EST)**:- **Willing to work full time remotely**The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.
