Details of the offer

Communicate with guests/tenant before, during and after stay/ lease. Making sure ID presented and only authorised person will stay in the unit.
Refill of supplies as necessary, make sure there is tissue paper.
Ensure the property is fully ready for use by the guest. Check if intercom is working.
Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day are resolved.
Ensure that the heater, TV and internet connection is on working condition before leaving the unit for check-in or check-out. Set TV to correct source before leaving.
Ensure the unit has complete beddings and towels base on the number of guests.
Liaise with condo admin that all paper works need for check-in and check-out/move-out or move-in are completed.
Conduct inventory and report any missing items or damage, repair needed to be done to the unit after every check-out
Schedule general cleaning, grease trap, aircon clean, exhaust clean, deep clean. Shower curtain and curtain laundry if needed.
In-charge of viewing, move in and move out inspection, inventory, documentation and key exchange for long-tern lease.
In-charge of reloading electricity for guest use, if needed.
Must wear uniform and ID at all times. Giving only assigned keys to guests, always having backup key in cases of emergency.
Issue acknowledgement receipt for guests paying in cash. Issue check or cash voucher as and when needed.
Submit list of all task, expenses, collections, deposits monthly. Check for bills and pay for it as and when instructed. Send receipt to bookkeeper for compilation.
Turn o? circuit breaker after every check-out, all supplies and beddings locked aways securely.
General cleanliness of unit every booking, including dusting o? the curtains, making sure cleaning supplies and materials neatly packed away. Pour in hot water on kitchen and bathroom sink to prevent insects.
Petty Cash to be provided.
