Property Coordinator

1. Support sales team to collect property information;
2. Assist direct clients in viewing the property; prepare documentation, and other requirements;
3. Maintain broker/client database, build and maintain strong ties with owner/broker.
4. Perform other tasks as may be requested.

REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with atleast 1 year experience in sales & marketing
Willing to work in BGC area
Proficient in basic computer program including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Must be detail- oriented with ability to manage time efficiently

- Must be a graduate of a 4- year course
- With or without experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- With good communication skills
- Must have good attention to detail
