Admin Officer is responsible for a variety of functions pertaining to regulatory affairs and management of fixed assets**Major Responsibilities**:**Regulatory Affairs**1. Secures permits, clearances and licenses from all relevant government agencies of the branch office.2. Ensures branch's compliance to all relevant laws and other government policies, in order to facilitate processing of business permits.**Fixed Asset Management**1. Maintains and updates records of all physical assets of the branch2. Conducts physical inventory to validate existence & assess physical working condition on a semi-annual basis**Office and Janitorial Supplies**1. Facilitates the procurement of office and janitorial supplies.2. Maintains an inventory of office and janitorial supplies.3. Facilitates the issuance of office/janitorial supplies to employees, upon approval of the Admin. Manager.**Fleet Management**1. Facilitates the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles assigned in the branch2.
