**_Job description**_- *Requirements: _*- Required skill(s): exceed wms, excellent supervisorial skills, Computer Literate, MS Excel.- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Can do encoding, typing and filling documents/managing Files- Willing to work in shifting schedule- Ability to work independently- With experience with timekeeping- Willing to be assign at FPIP Sto Tomas Batangas- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_- Supervises and mobilization of personnel inside production in coordination with client supervisors.- Maintain good relationship to our clients by addressing all issues and concern, immediate action regarding problems that arises. Monitor Daily Attendance and Productivity.- Schedules and deadlines are adhered to.- Communicate & Implement change as directed.- Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.- Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.- Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.- Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.- Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on productivity, damages and pilferages.- GHK implementation prior to change shift.
