JOB TITLE:
Project Services Group Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees all construction and project services. Supervises all personnel working on construction project including construction and Project Supervisors, field staff and administrative personnel.
Serves as the Director of Construction Services and leads all construction related activities for the company including Departmental Management, Planning and staffing and act as the Project Manager for development of designated projects.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Willing to work on extended hours
Willing to travel

PROFESSION REQUIREMENT:
Licensed Civil Engineer

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Five (5) years or more related experience on Construction Management and Project Services Management
At least 5 years’ experience in Managerial Function

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Highly Organized;
Organizational Skills, including project planning and management;
Hands-on-skills including ability to manage General Contractors or Sub-Contractors as required;
Aptitude for Financial Analysis, P & L Statements
General understanding of Real Estate practices;
Ability to communicate effectively in writing
Ability to solve unstructured problems;
Ability lead the department by establishing high performance standards in line with company goals;
Computer Literate
Excellent knowledge of the construction industry and allied industries;
Excellent research skills and ability to compile data;
In depth understanding of the contracting business;
Knows how to drive
