Project Manager

Functions:Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the projectPrepare a master schedule and In-charge of budget estimating for the projectCoordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining toproject design and project implementation planOverall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of theproject; Manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, costcontrol, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, maintaincustomer requirements and expectations.Organize his team of technical and administrative staff.Supervise General contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensurethese groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make a good decisions.Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost.Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the sitePrepares and submits reports periodically and on time.Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently.Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.Qualifications:Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed ArchitectWith at least 4 years of experience in the related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia BatangasWith solid experience in managing housing projects**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Willing to be assigned in Padre Garcia Batangas?**Experience**:- Managing Housing Projects?: 4 years (preferred)License/Certification:- licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect?
