•Manage and supervise all employees under respective area.•Coach and evaluate training needs of all Service Engineers/Technicians.•Efficiently support the Epiroc labour's variable compensation•Ensure accuracy of entry of Service Jobs and check completeness of documents required for all jobs opened•Ensure monthly reports on Service operations are regularly reviewed and submitted and any deviations are addressed immediately.•Drive for process improvement, control stock and non-stock supplies•Report at required intervals about team performance and other agreed parameters•Ensure control and proper use of workshop vehicles, tools, equipment and consumable storage area and maintain good housekeeping.•Ensure maintenance standards are adhered to and that continuous improvement takes place.•Manage the relationship between Epiroc and the client to the benefit of both companies and ensure that Epiroc comply with the signed agreement between the company and clients•Enforce Epiroc policies and guidelines as described in "Epiroc Way"•Maintain high quality of service delivered by Epiroc under all circumstances•Ensure that all employees in area of responsibility maintain a high ethical standard•Accept full responsibility and accountability for all work designated to him within his area of responsibility.•Ensure that all subordinates and contractors working in his area of responsibility are appointed and that all subordinates and contractor personnel are competent to carry out their duties and all machinery and equipment used by the contractors conform to the mine standards and procedures•Maintain proper record of all work done in logbooks provided for all machinery and equipment in his area•Check and update record/ report of breakdowns, call-outs, spares usage etc. for all equipment in his area of responsibility and for the interest of continual condition monitoring purposes. •Adhere to all relevant Policies and Procedures, Engineers Instructions, Engineer's Work Practices, Codes of Practices and Engineering Standards pertaining to his area of responsibility•Initiate safety meetings with all his sub-ordinates daily and also after an accident incident in his section•Support Finance Department to collect payment from customers on service related invoices when required.•In coordination with Site Foreman support and administer planning and administrative systems and processes within the area of responsibility•Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.•Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple Certification Systems:•Health and Safety of all employees, customers, and contractors as your first priority per ISO 45001:2018•Reducing our impact upon the Environment with ISO 14001:2015•Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015Support the Manager in all aspects of business operations.
