Coordinate internal resources, business units and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Assist product team in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Measure multiple project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Coach and manage the engineering talents. Be a positive driving force behind engineers in improving its engineering productivity and focusing their engineering talents in maximizing their impact. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with your engineers in order to capture their needs, passion, aspirations, and possible issues, and took active steps to assist them in achieving their best possible productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years professional experience in a digital environment and project management. Excellent written, verbal communication, client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong experience in digital platforms and coaching or helping others grow in their skills and productivity.
