Project Management Specialist

Education equivalent to four or five years of college (Bachelor's degree) in a relevant field and at 1-3 years of relevant experience in an IT environment is recommended.Project management certification is an advantage Strong soft skills: Leadership, facilitation stakeholder managementStrong written and verbal communications skillsHighly skilled at collaborating with business partners and translating technical terms into business languageAbility to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders and executive managementAbility to build positive, mutually-beneficial relationshipsAbility to kindle development in others, and precipitate them to provide their own direction and supportExperience building project proposals by providing the proposals for desired outcome is preferredExperience building project plans, work breakdown structures and project reports is requiredExperience managing multiple projects or a project portfolio/program is preferred Experience applying methodologies to fit project needs is preferredGeneral relationships functions and relationship including networking, software development, telephony, and server infrastructure.Proficiency with the following tools: Excel Sharepoint MS Visio Project management tools (e.g ASANA, MS Planner, MS Teams, etc.Must be outcome and result orientedMust be independent, self-motivated professional with experience in a large corporate environment Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment; Self-aware of personal styles and benefits of adjusting communication approaches to achieve joint objectivesAbility to work independently and in a fast paced, multiple-priority environmentResult driven with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
