General /Primary Purpose Primarily responsible for implementing building plans and supervising construction work on the houses within the company-owned subdivision. Likewise, he will be involved in land development by coordinating with contractors engaged for said work. Job Descriptions:Coordinates closely with field men and foremen regarding construction work, gets daily accomplishments reports and assigns new duties for the day.Conducts physical inspection of the project sites, checking for quality of workmanship and strict adherence to the plan. Consults and discusses with superior and assistant regarding various concerns at the site and gives appropriate recommendations.Coordinates with warehouse personnel regarding requisitions and availability of supplies and materials needed in a timely manner to avoid delays.Coordinates with the Engineering & Construction Operation Head for batches of houses to be built in order to set the proper schedule of lay-out and construction work.Assist the Appraisal/Site Office Engineer in the appraisal of the contracted labor works.Prepares reports on assessments, observations, and accomplishments of house construction and land development to be presented to Management during regular meetings.Prepares project cost estimates and labor cost estimates as needed for specific piece work contracts.Participates in the evaluation and awarding of projects to outside contractors.Recommends suspension of contractors who do not comply with required standards of materials and labor output.Ensures that scheduled work is completed within the given time frame to avoid dissatisfaction of customer/house owners.Qualification Requirements:A graduate of BS Civil EngineeringWith at least 2-year experience in house construction & land development Knowledgeable of Autocad and quantitative estimate.With effective leadership, negotiation, and people-handling skills.
