Project Coordinator - Telco Background

Assists and supports in monitoring and delivering the project.
Coordinates, follows up, and ensures that the project team complies with the processes.
Participates in Schedule Management.
Collecting individual system Work Breakdown Structure from all impacted Systems
Following up task deadlines
Maintaining the Risks and Issues Registry with inputs from the technical project team
Following up action items from risk owners
Creates the Weekly Project Status Report with inputs.
Responsible for the action plan or next steps on how to address risks and issues.
Coordinates technical meetings by reserving a meeting room, documenting and releasing minutes of the meeting and action items for technical teams.
Use and complete the Project Stage Review checklist.
Conduct Post Mortem Session with their project teams.
Complete Close-out Report.
