Project Architect

Responsible for preparing schematic design drawings to construction drawings and specifications of the project- Supervises, reviews, and monitors drawings and documents from consultants for the project- Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.- Required skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office- Applicants must be willing to be assigned to different site locations- Applicants must be willing to go to site visits- Well-versed in high-end residential and commercial developments- Has knowledge and experience in project management- Requires coordination and scheduling- Must have experience in residential construction- Full-time position(s) available- Must be a licensed Architect**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Cavite, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Residential construction projects: 3 years (required)License/Certification:- Architectural License (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
