Programmer

Job Descriptions
Maintain, build, design and develop programs to support Internal and External customers.
Write new program code and maintain existing codes using prescribed specifications.
Mentoring Junior/Cadet Engineer
Take independent action to correct problems during systems operations and development.
Maintain a high degree of integrity to safeguard company position on confidential matters.
Implement Maintain and Troubleshoot Avaya Systems and other business related applications and adjuncts.
Report and coordinate any critical plans and actions regards project timeline, assessment and issues to Immediate Superior / Manager.
Compiles and write documentation of programs develop by team to ensure software meets specified performance, scalability and reliability.
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Programming
1-2 years experience working as a Programmer or Applications Developer
1 year experience in development (MS SQL SERVER)
Background with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and/or any other related web/forms development tools
Working knowledge in LAN, WAN, and MAN
Working knowledge in Voice and Network Infrastructures
Has the ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers
Proficient in both written and oral communication (English and Filipino)
Excellent organization skills and ability to self-manage time and workload with minimum supervision
Ability to deliver in multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule when needed
