The position holder will extract and maintain data and distribute regular reports, will track business unit trends and will ensure accuracy of data provided that will positively impact operational effectiveness.**What You Bring to the Role**:**Business Analysis and Reporting (60%)****Data Maintenance (20%)****Training (10%)****Customer Engagement (10%)**- University degree in Business, Finance, IT is preferred- Minimum 1-year functional experience in WFM- IT literate and good understanding of data structures: MS Excel; Analytics- This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
