Production Team Leader

Job Description:
A leader who loves food, and is committed to consistently producing quality food daily. Someone who can run an industrial kitchen with a team of bakers to meet daily production goals, while ensuring food safety and quality.


We are looking for someone who will:


Execute production operations with optimum efficiency and abide by good manufacturing practices Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address teams' needs and ensure smooth operations Continuously review and evaluate process flow to come up with ways on how it can be improved Designate tools and equipment needed by the team to enforce accountability and proper care of assets Innovate training materials and facilitate effective techniques of teaching as an introduction and refresher to other members of the team Creatively develop best-in-class products Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in handling people in production Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
