Job Description:- Reviews production schedules and work orders, and assigns duties to workers according to order priorities.- Studies quality control reports to identify product defects to eliminate flaws.- Conducts or directs training of new employees in production operation.- Confers with management and other supervisors to resolve production problems.- Lead a small/large team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, and training and in continuous improvement.- Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement- Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department.- Respond to problems by performing corrective technical solutions.- Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.- Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment.- Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on tools and equipment.- Maintain the production check sheets, forms etc. and it should be check in a daily basis.- Monitoring the total output per day, including the defects and immediately conduct investigation and develop corrective and preventive action.Qualifications:- College graduate of any Engineering course- With at least two-three years work experience in the same capacity is required- Proven experience in Injection company- **_WILLING TO WORK IN CABUYAO, LAGUNA (ON-SITE)_****Benefits**:- Additional leave- Discounted lunch- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals provided- Transportation service provided- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Production Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)- Plastic Injection: 2 years (preferred)
