Production Supervisor

• Monitors the Oil Milling operations and conducts analysis to define clearly the needs in hitting the production goals of the plant efficiency.
• Conducts studies and make recommendations on appropriate technical strategies and means to improve production efficiency.
• Develops action plans to implement and approved strategies and/or program in the Plant Operations.
• Directs and coordinates the implementation of approved program of operations among Departments to ensure plant operations, effective plant preventive maintenance; availability of equipment spare parts; plant operations supplies; copra supplies; products inventory and shipments.
• Monitors the progress of the on-going plant operations and resolve problems encountered, reviews and evaluate the actual plant performance and submits necessary reports on operations.
• Conducts special study for possible project in the plant in coordination with the Maintenance Department for improvements of plant operations and recommends for approval.• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer,
• With minimum of 3 years working experience as Production Supervisor preferably in Oil Mill industry.
