Production Staff/Operator

Job description:
ROVING COORDINATOREnsuring proper level of stocks is maintained and that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper and favorable shelf placement.
Displaying of coffee products within the supermarket line up
Inventory of products or items supply serve in different supermarket handled
Contribute customers’ satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
Prepare inventory reports of sales to the supervisor
Allocating certain amounts of stocks each outlet throughout the season.

Offering Conlins products such as Coffee Beans, Serenity Gourmet, Syrups and Sauce, Fillings and Toppings, Coffee Machines such as: Jura, WMF, and Wega to other prospect client in a localfive star hotels, restaurants, and coffee chains.
Assist with client’s concerns and queries as needs arise.
Offering Conlins products to a customer as to create good client database.
Creating detailed proposal report for documentation as to provide clients quotation of products and service
Negotiates the terms of agreement and closing rates which includes price, costing, delivery info, specs, warranty and other sales info needed
Representative of trade show, promotional events, product presentation, client presentation, and attend departmental meetings
Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements to prospective clients to market the Company products and services.
Prepares monthly sales report for submission to the Immediate Superior

Qualifications:Graduate of any related course such as Marketing Mass Communication, HRM or Business Management
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
At least College Level in any course can be considered
Willing to work in Las Piñas Plant from Monday to Saturday
Open position at Kasambagan Cebu City
