Production Planning Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Manages production control department with production planning of molded injection part as the core activities- Review of Global Production Sales and Inventory Plan (GPSIP) and determines priority part numbers needed by customers- Ensures that monthly production plan is in accordance with global planning, sales, and inventory plan in terms of quantity and amount- Secures material availability with purchasing department to avoid any production stoppages- Collaborates with production section for any issues that arise for not meeting the required injection quantity and finished goods endorsement amount- On time issuance of production plan based from updated GPSIP- Review customers orders and ensures stock availability on the given delivery schedule- Ensure that finished good stock are enough to meet customer delivery requirements- Prepare weekly P/L risk report in terms of sales and finished goods endorsement amount- Prepares daily report for and attend daily production update meeting- Monitors and Supervise planner's daily activities and task**QUALIFICATIONS**:- College Graduate of any Engineering course- 3-5 years experience as Planning Manager- Inventory management skills**WILLING TO WORK ON SITE CABUYAO, LAGUNA****Benefits**:- Additional leave- Discounted lunch- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals provided- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Planning: 5 years (preferred)- Managerial: 5 years (preferred)- Manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
