PRIMARY FUNCTIONS of Direct HC:
1)Supports the Lead Operator I & II in the implementation of all production Instructions and schedules.
2)Ensures that production meets the required quality and quantity of products on time and at the least possible cost.
3)Contribute to all required metrics.
OTHER FUNCTIONS of Direct HC:
4)Can manage FIFO.
5)Ensures that 5S are being implemented.

Requirements?Exigences?Anforderung
High school graduate w/ electronics or semicon experience. If college level, ok w/o work experience.
If high school graduate, required w/ electronics or semicon experience. If college level, ok w/o work experience.
Fast learner, honest, flexible, w/ communication skills.
