Job descriptionEducation College graduate preferably in Engineering with Management background. Equivalent of at least three (3) years in a supervisory position in electronics operations for non-college graduates.Skills & Experience1. Proficient in written and verbal communication2. Possess good decision making skill and leadership attitude.3. Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques.4. Can work with minimum supervision.5. Keen observant and rational thinker.7. Flexible.
