Production Manager

Manage daily operations in plant facilities.
delegate authority to key Supervisors in production, manage all functions that involve direct coordination of the plant process
Accountable for all aspects of plant performance, and ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner.
Decide how best to use a plant’s workers and equipment to meet production goals
Ensure that production stays on schedule within budget
Interview, train, and evaluate workers
Monitor a plant workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
Create ways to make the production process more efficient
Determine whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary
Analyze production data and solve production problems

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) Business course or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, Auto Cad.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Has a high level of organizational, planning and time management skills.
A good leader.
Work location will be in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
