Production Associate (Events)

Job Description:
The Production Associate is responsible for the overall production of all events, concerning the set-up (staging and installation) and technical (lights and sounds and other special execution) aspects of the events. He/She ensures high quality level of execution of any event. He/She also coordinates with external suppliers regarding the set-up and technical requirements. Preferably with basic knowledge of SketchUp.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background • College graduate in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing, or any events related course


Years of Related Experience Has at least a minimum of 1 - 3 years project management experience, preferably in an events agency; Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Powerpoint, Sketchup, or AUTOCAD; Must have extensive technical knowledge and has the ability to make sound decisions fast; Technical Competencies Basic knowledge and use of SketchUp preferred Must possess good people management/supervisory skills and can work seamlessly with a team; Can adapt to a fast paced, high pressure environment; With good oral and written communication skills
