Production Admin (Sap Encoder)

We're looking for Production Admin Staff (SAP Encoder) to join our start-up team.**Requirements**:- Make documentary preventive maintenance report according to schedule- Make production report- Recap all daily report & Work Order- Provide and inventory of stationery and consumable supplies- Entry Raw Material data and Production result manually and SAP every day- Entry data for weekly and monthly report- Distribute Internal Memo to relevant department- Recap and collect overtime letter, sick letter, etc. from Production and Technical div. to payroll div- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of working area- Report to superior or food safety team when encountering things that have potential to threaten food safety.- Documenting quality record neatly and systematically.- Carry out others duty that related to the job from superior**Qualifications**:- At least a graduate of Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent- With at least 2 years of admin support experience preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry- **Must be knowledgeable in SAP**:- Strong organization and time management skills**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Employee discount- Health insurance- Life insurance- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- SAP Encoding: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/01/2021
