Product Support Engineer

Job Description:
Investigate, analysis and tracking customer issue Collaborating with team Product and Developer to resolve related issues Collect and analyze system data to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve problems/issues Prepare written reports of activity, timelines, root cause, customer impact, and final solution to customer Maintain and tracking change request / bug Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced in same position at least 2 years Have a strong analytical skill Must be able to work under tight deadlines Have written and verbal communication skills Familiar with java programming Familiar with database management system Have experience on customer software support will be advantage Have experience with unix or linux will be advantage
