Product Specialist- Medical Imports

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****_Sales & Marketing_**1. Achieves product growth targets in assigned product line and districts2. Identifies and promotes new and existing product to target key accounts3. Responsible in for new account development in hospitals, clinics and laboratories.4. Conceptualize and lead product demand generating activities and promotions for assigned product line5. Conducts product demonstration and training to end-users6. Coordinates and relay information to the Technical Support team for system concerns of end-users.7. Communicates with principals, sales managers and sales personnel on customer concerns and issues.8. Plan, conceptualize and prepare promos for marketing of PCC diagnostics products and services.9. Cascades and monitor program implementation of principal guided targets and activities**_Administrative_**1. Submits weekly and monthly sales status report to Regional Sales Manager2. Updates monthly census of sales force data3. Attends and participates in conventions and seminars of end-users and principals4. Prepares monthly sales forecast for product line assigned5. Coordinates with principals any concerns and issues of end-user regarding products and services6. Participates in business reviews with principals and coordination meetings with Sales Team and other Department Heads**_Accountabilities & Performance Measures_**1. Conducts professional education activities to end-users2. Conducts product training3. Achieve assigned sales quota4. Maintain high customer satisfaction that meets Company standards5. Provides coaching and product development to sales representative to further enhance product knowledge and credibility**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**1. Bachelor's or Nursing or medical related course2. 3 years of experience in Medical Sales and in covering North Luzon3. Must know how to drive with valid Driver's license5. Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written)6. Goal-driven, high-energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills7. Ability to work independently and must have the ability to persuade and influence others**WORK LOCATION**- North Luzon (Resident of San Fernando, Pampanga)**WORK SCHEDULE**- Monday to Friday (Field Work)**Salary**: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Medical Sales: 3 years (required)License/Certification:- Driver's license (required)
