Product Regulatory Officer

Checking and reviewing the compliance and completeness of documentary requirements for CPR application.· Submission of initial, variation, and renewal application of product registration as well as the FDA License to Operate of the company.· Ensure that the products are correctly labeled following the Philippine mandatory labeling guidelines.· Managing the application for a Sales Promo permit to the FDA.· Overall in charge during FDA inspection.· Communicates to the team on the published regulations e.g. FDA Circular/Memo about product registration.· Attends FDA seminars/pieces of training regularly.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Technology, Biology, or any Science-related field.· Minimum of 1-year experience in FDA registration.· Understand the rules and administration of FDA registration.· Understand the requirements of microbial contamination limits, metal contamination, and nutritional value of food/beverage products.· QPIRA (Qualified Person in Regulatory Affairs) certificate holder is a plus.· PRC license holder is a plus.· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PPT.· Good communication skills.· With a good command of English and/or Mandarin speaking is a plus.· Amenable to work onsite (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM· Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.· Can start ASAPJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
