Product Manager

Job Description:
What we're looking for Ascent is looking for a Product Manager who can work closely with senior leaders to shape how we build and grow our platform in the region. You'll be working as part of a team, creating innovative new features and maintaining existing ones for Ascent. If you have a keen eye for details and high standards for code quality and efficiency, we’d love to talk to you!


Responsibilities Understand markets, competition and user requirements in depth Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal etc on improving the platform Basic knowledge of UI/UX and user testing Develop innovative solutions to rethinking how urban air mobility can work Nice to have Startup Experience Experience in a high-growth business Front-end engineering skills including but not limited to HTML/CSS At Ascent, you'll be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to helping each other grow through unique check-in approaches where ongoing feedback flows freely and frequently. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams. Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
